Can you tell me about

All of our products
were chosen because of their ability to enable the use of imagination.

Some of the products are handmade, some are one of a kind. All
the products are intended for children, big and small. Please read all instructions provided on the item and on or in the manufacturers' packaging. It is important that appropriate age and usage directions are followed.

How can I check on the
status of my order?
After placing your
order you will receive an order confirmation. Once it has shipped,
you will receive another email with the tracking information.
Can I special order or
have something custom made?
Yes. If the item
you are looking for is handmade and one of a kind. With one of a
kind, you will not be able to replicate the item, but you can request
a similar color scheme. We will do our best to work with the designer.
Do I pay sales tax on
my purchase?
Michigan residents
will have sales tax automatically added to their order. If Bright
October is not collecting your state's taxes, you are expected to
comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the
Internet.
Do you except returns/exchanges?
Yes. Our return
policy has a basic concept: 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within
30 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased
on, less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange.
Shipping charges will apply to exchanges.
Please note that
returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion
will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund.
All items must
be returned unused and in the original packaging.
Contact
our Customer Service department and you will be issued a return number and the address which needs to
be written on the outside of the box. The merchandise must be in
the original packaging with all tags in place. All returns and exchanges
must be re-sellable. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to
you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange.
